Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliot was captured on video exposing a woman’s bare chest to revelers during a St. Patrick’s day parade in Dallas this past weekend.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Elliot, 21, pulls down a woman’s shirt to expose her breast, who then immediately rushes to cover herself. Elliot makes a second attempt to reveal her chest and she swats his hands away.
A rep for the running back told TMZ the woman wasn’t bothered by Elliot’s actions and she continued to party with the athlete.
CBS Dallas reported that Elliot and the unidentified woman are currently in Miami enjoying the night scene.
Following the release of the tape, journalist Stephen A. Smith referred to Elliot as an “idiot.”
“My reaction was Ezekiel Elliott was an idiot, plain and simple,” Smith said Tuesday (March 14) on ESPN’s First Take. “Now, I’m not calling him an idiot in terms of character assassination and that’s what he is totally. I’m saying in this particular sequence, he’s an absolute idiot.”
He added, “If the woman hung out with him or whatever and she wasn’t offended by it, that’s totally irrelevant. The fact of the matter is that is something that is inappropriate to do. You’re not a child; you’re an adult. You might be a young adult, but you’re still an adult.”
While Elliot’s prowess on the field has garnered national attention, his off-field behavior has made headlines as well — particularly involving the opposite sex.
In July, a woman accused Elliot of physically abusing her and uploaded a series of photos onto her Instagram page, showing parts of her body covered in bruises. Ohio police concluded that there wasn’t enough evidence to bring charges against Elliot.
A report obtained by USA Today revealed there was a second domestic violence incident involving the same woman last year February.
The woman called 911 after Elliot shoved her into a wall, injuring her shoulder while at his Florida apartment. Responding officers noted in the incident report that the alleged victim had no visible injuries and she declined medical treatment.
Elliot told authorities that the woman “became angry over a social media incident and upset because she was asked to leave his apartment and go back to Ohio,” read the incident report.
Elliot, who was drafted at the No. 4 overall pick in the 2016 draft, was not arrested nor was the case handed over to the prosecutor’s office.
The NFL continues to investigate the Ohio incident.
