Blac Chyna has had enough of the Kardashian-Jenner family and is taking her plight to the court system.
Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renee White, claims the tabloids fodder family plotted to ruin her life and damage her reputation.
The lawsuit obtained by PEOPLE states: “Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming the second season.”
Chyna and her then-fiance Rob Kardashian starred in their eponymous show on the E! Network. The two are the parents of an 11-month-old daughter.
However, E! claims the network was unsure of the series return for a second season, considering the status of Rob and Chyna’s relationship was uncertain.
In the court documents, Chyna names Rob, his mother Kris Jenner, as well as sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie.
“Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch—without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable,” the lawsuit states.
Prior to Chyna’s affiliation with the Kardashians, she worked as an exotic dancer at the famous King of Diamonds in Miami. Chyna transitioned into the beauty industry launching an eyelashes line and a salon.
After Rob went on a social media tirade against Chyna, the 29-year-old bodacious beauty reiterated that she never used the Kardashian name for fame or exposure in an interview with ABC News — opposite to what Rob claimed.
“That’s not even my character,” Chyna told Linsey Davis. “I see all these things on the internet, and I never address it because I’m the bigger person … I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians.”
