Tamar Braxton and her husband are ready to bid adieu to their Calabasas, California, mansion and are listing the massive property for $15 million.
The “Love and War” songstress and Herbert Vincent’s 13,716-square-foot mansion features seven bedrooms and nine full and two half bathrooms, according to a listing on Realtor.
The couple who’ve been married for nine years purchased the home back in April 2013 for $10.5 million. Per Variety, “there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently canceled” against the residence.
It’s been a rough past few months for the Braxton-Herberts.
The listing comes on the heels of a report by TMZ that stated Herbert was ordered to pay Sony $4 million in a settlement lawsuit that stemmed from a 2013 cash advance.
Braxton revealed her recently released album, “Bluebird of Happiness,” is her final solo music project. Braxton told Entertainment Tonight in September that she wants to focus on her marriage and eliminate any distractions.
“There’s a lot of things that are going on in my relationship and me being close to this music industry, and whatever I can do to eliminate all of the stress and problems off of my relationship, I would rather do that,” Braxton said.
Braxton added, “My husband and I work very close together and it’s really hard, you know?” Not only do we work together, he is my baby daddy and, you know, we’ve been together forever. He’s my best friend. It’s a lot of things to discuss and argue about.”
That same month, Herbert was involved in a car accident where he lost control of his pickup truck and plowed into trees.
Braxton, who was in Atlanta at the time of the accident, was slammed on social media for not being by her husband’s side.
Of Braxton’s actions, the music executive told HipHollywood that he was incredibly “upset about the lies claiming she doesn’t care about me. That’s my wife.” He added, “I’m really sick of the lies. Sick of all the blogs.”
