ICYMI: Tiffany Haddish Told Friends Sanaa Lathan Bit Beyoncé in the Face #WhoBitBeyoncé

The mystery of #WhoBitBeyoncé in the face has been solved.

Sanaa Lathan is the actress who bit Beyoncé in the face, according to several sources.

TMZ reports Tiffany Haddish revealed to friends that Lathan was the woman “doing the mostest” at a private afterparty at The Forum in Los Angeles in December.

‘It was not an aggressive bite … it was playful and noninvasive, but still caught Beyoncé off guard,” a source told the entertainment website on Tuesday.

The revelation comes after Haddish’s interview with GQ Magazine caused an uproar on social media. The breakout comedienne recounted the moment she witnessed a thespian bite Queen Bey while at an industry event last year.

‘There was this actress there that’s just, like, doing the mostest. She bit Beyoncé in the face,” Haddish revealed to the magazine.

“So Beyoncé stormed away, went up to Jay-Z, and was like, ‘Jay! Come here! This [expletive]…’ and snatched him. They went to the back of the room. I was like, ‘What just happened?’ And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, ‘Can you believe this [expletive] just bit Beyoncé?”

Later in the night Haddish and the woman encountered each other when the woman advised her to stop dancing. The 38-year-old Girls Trip actress then went up to Bey to warn her that she was going to get violent.

Beyoncé advised her against taking such actions and said of the actress: ‘That [expletive] is on drugs. She not even drunk. The [expletive] is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.”

After the article was published, members of the Beyhive donned their detective hats to figure out who the culprit was. As the story picked up steam on Twitter, actress Sara Foster eliminated herself as a suspect.

“Flattering that anyone thinks I could get this close to Beyoncé,” actress Sara Foster captioned a screenshot of an inquiry email she received from a journalist.

Fans deduced that Lathan was the perpetrator peppering her Twitter timeline with bumblebee emojis. Lathan took to the social media platform to deny the claims.

“Y’all are funny. Under no circumstances did I bite Beyonce and if I did it would’ve been a love bite,” she tweeted.
