A tearful Kathy Griffin says the Trump family is trying to ruin her life.

Days after Griffin posed with a bloodied replica of Donald Trump’s head, the 54-year-old comedienne held a press conference

“If you don’t stand up, you get run over … A sitting president of the United States and his grown children and the First Lady are personally trying to ruin my life forever. Forever,” she said. “You guys know him. He’s never going to stop.”

Despite Trump’s “bullying,” Griffin doesn’t intend to censor her comedic jokes.

“I’m not laying down for this guy,” she said. “I’m going to keep making jokes about this guy.”

She added, “I am not going to threaten him, I have no desire to harm him.”

Trump and First Lady Melania Trump slammed the “very disturbing” artwork and Griffin, calling her “sick.”

“Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!” Trump tweeted.

The fallout resulted in CNN cutting ties with Griffin, who’d ring in the new year with journalist Anderson Cooper for the network’s New Year special coverage.

Squatty Potty also suspended their campaign with Griffin, stating: “We were shocked and disappointed to learn about the image Ms. Griffin shared today, it was deeply inappropriate and runs contrary to the core values our company stands for.”

“I’ve had everybody turn on me, and I just want to make people laugh,” she said. “That’s all I want to do. I screwed up.”

Griffin whose repeatedly apologized again did so during the press conference.

“Regarding the image that I participated in, that apology absolutely stands,” she said. “I feel horrible.”

Media But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness.

No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful.
