Nicki Minaj did not have a sexual relationship with Quavo, despite what the Migos rapper’s song might have alluded to.

On Quavo’s Huncho Dreams — an apparent response to Minaj’s Barbie Dreams — the 27-year-old Atlanta rapper appears to insinuate that he had a fling with the curvy rapper.

However, Minaj’s motives in getting close to Quavo was to spite her arch nemesis Cardi B, according to Hollywood Life.

Minaj “never slept with him and just wanted to use Quavo to make Cardi mad,” an insider squealed to HL. “Rappers like Quavo can’t get women like Nicki and they have to settle for Instagram [expletive].”

Cardi B is married to Migos member Offset, who is Quavo’s uncle. The rap beef between Cardi and Minaj is no secret as it has spilled out across social media.

As for her connection with Quavo, it was all fruitless and meant to go nowhere.

“Nicki doesn’t want to settle for someone who isn’t as successful as her, and she knows Quavo and a lot of these rappers are in record deals that will eventually leave them broke,” the source revealed. “She is too smart and knows better than to mess with Quavo.”

In an August interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Minaj revealed she is single and is casually seeing two men.

“Look, I’m just chilling. I’ve always been in a relationship my whole life. I was in a relationship since I was 15 years old. This is the first time that I’m single, and I’m happier. I’m more free—and it’s okay. I used to feel like I had to have a man, I swear. My whole adult life I felt like I had to have a man. I want the women out here to know you absolutely don’t.”

Minaj dated high school sweetheart Safaree Samuels for over a decade before she moved onto rapper Meek Mill.

Media But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness.

No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful.
