A California judge has decided that Nipsey Hussle’s daughter will continue to live with her paternal aunt.
Samantha Smith was granted custody of 10-year-old Emani Asghedom on Monday, to the disappointment of the girl’s biological mother, reports TMZ.
A visibly upset Tanisha Foster was seen leaving the courtroom shortly after the proceedings. Her attorney told TMZ that they will seek a visitation order.
Smith had petitioned the court for full guardianship over Asghedom, alleging that Foster is an unfit mother who is unable to provide a stable environment for the young girl. Smith along with Hussle was raising Asghedom before his murder in March.
Foster currently has a warrant out for her arrest related to a 2017 DUI case, according to TMZ.
